Safari Itinerary

Day 1 – Tarangire National Park

Depart your hotel at 06:00 am and drive to Tarangire National Park via Arusha. After reaching the park gate, you’ll enjoy a full day of game viewing inside one of Tanzania’s most unique ecosystems. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population, majestic baobab trees, and rich wildlife that includes lions, cheetahs, giraffes, antelopes, zebras, and many bird species.
By late afternoon, you’ll head to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – Serengeti National Park

Drive to the park: ~2 hours (from Karatu/Ngorongoro area)

After breakfast, drive toward Serengeti National Park through the farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you descend into the world-famous Serengeti plains, the scenery opens into endless horizons teeming with wildlife.
You’ll explore the Seronera region, the heart of central Serengeti, known for its abundance of predators and year-round wildlife activity supported by the Seronera River.

Day 3 – Full-Day Serengeti Game Drives (Migration / Calving Season)

Spend a full day exploring Serengeti’s prime wildlife areas. Depending on the season, this day focuses on witnessing the Great Wildebeest Migration or the Calving Season, where thousands of newborn wildebeest attract intense predator action. Expect incredible photography opportunities and close encounters with the Big Five and other wildlife species.

Day 4 – Serengeti Game Drives & Maasai Cultural Visit

Begin the day with an early game drive to catch predators at their most active time. Explore more of Serengeti’s untouched wilderness before enjoying lunch in the park.
Afterward, begin your drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you will visit a traditional Maasai village to learn about their culture, traditions, and unique way of life.
Continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 – Ngorongoro Crater

Drive to the park: 45 minutes
Time in the park: 7–8 hours

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater—one of Africa’s most astonishing wildlife sanctuaries. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to a dense concentration of animals, including elephants, hyenas, flamingos, lions, zebras, buffaloes, and the endangered black rhino.
After a full day of game viewing, you will drive back to your hotel for dinner or continue to the airport depending on your onward travel plans.
